A night market in a planted, lit yard one block off Main St in downtown Alice. Booths under string lights, food trucks, real restrooms in the building, parking all around. We are building it now, and we want you in early.

Parade night, Thursday, December 3
The lights go on and three food trucks park free, one block off the Christmas parade route. It is the town’s first look at the lot lit up.

Friday & Saturday after the parade, December 4–5
If enough vendors say yes, booth spots open under the lights both nights. That is what this sign-up decides. If it runs, you hear first and you decide then: $25 a night for a booth, $50 a night for a truck.

Then regular market nights
A monthly weekend market, Friday evening and Saturday night, each one themed so the night is about something: Las Posadas, Noche Tejana & Lotería, Mardi Gras & Valentine’s, Cascarones, Fiesta Night. Vendors are asked, not required, to bring one themed item. Dates come out as they are set, and the list hears first.

What you bring
Your canopy, table and your own light. The yard is lit around the edges and down the aisles; each booth lights itself. Two truck spots have power; booth spots do not.
What’s here
Restrooms in the building, string lights, concrete tables under the trees, water, and parking on the lot edges and the downtown streets.
Fees
Booths: $25 a night, $50 for both nights. Food trucks: $50 a night, $90 for both. Flat, per night, paid only when a weekend is set and you say yes. Nothing is charged to sign up.
Permits
Private property: the City of Alice told us in writing that no city permit is needed for a market here. Food trucks carry their state permit. Your sales tax is yours.
